Gafidyn is a medical officer at country's top medical school pursuing a Bachelors of Medicine and Bachelors of Surgery (MB. ChB). A very passionate and unapologetic feminist for rural Transgender health including sexual reproductive rights and human rights; she is experienced, trustworthy, fun and resilient community organizer.
She’s the co-founder of Initiative of Trans With a Mission Uganda
Gafidyn is truly a joy to be around and makes it a pleasure to come to work every single day.She serves on the Board of Directors of Tranz Network Uganda an indigenous non partisan network of transgender led and focused organizations in Uganda as the director in charge of the rural trans and diverse movement in Uganda.

Daisy Fik Julianna is a co-founder of INITIATIVE OF TRANS WITH A MISSION - UGANDA her participation is with the vision and drive to improve upon our Non-Profit Organization, and focused on developing the organization with experience and integrity.

With us since our founding, Ms. Morganna is one of our veteran team members. She bring her years of experience and skills to the forefront in helping our organization grow and succeed.

Hajarah Assimwe (She/ Hers)
Financing Manager.
Hajarah joined INITIATIVE OF TRANS WITH A MISSION - UGANDA in 2019. She is first runners up for Miss Y+ 2018 for Young People living with HIV and AIDS in Uganda.
She is unapologetic health rights advocate in the country and on the international scene she is the official IAS delegate from Uganda.

Ngabo Saad (He/ They)
Disability Advocacy and Programmes Associate
Saad is a pioneer crowned Mr. Ability Representative a Uganda Confidence Building Pageant empowering people living with disabilities. He is our Disability Advocacy and Programmes Associate where he provides information to LGBTQ persons living with disabilities about their human rights and identify their instances of discrimination, campaigns for social change through raising awareness and highlighting queer disabled persons in rural areas and Uganda as whole.
